My Mission - The Story Behind Big Stone Birth & Beyond
As a mom of four, I've been in the trenches of pregnancy and postpartum (a few times!). I entered the birth work world with the mission of providing quality services to my rural area - a place often overlooked by everyone else. I provide services to families in-person in west central Minnesota and eastern North & South Dakota. The main office is located in Clinton, MN. I am also able to offer virtual services throughout Minnesota.

In our society, new parents get advice from all sides (some well intentioned and others...not). My mission is to turn the focus back on your wants, needs, and questions while being your cheerleader and advocate. Every family, every mom, and every baby is different. You need personalized support!

The processes of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery are the hushed stories of back rooms and knowing glances from one mother to another. My passion is bringing these topics back into the limelight and talking about birth, breastfeeding, and parenting like the normal experiences they are! All parents should feel free to talk about their anxieties, the wonder of the human body, and everything in between. I strive to show the good, the bad, and all the of in-between that comes with this unique journey.
