Mama Bear Meet Up
Mama Bear Meet Up is a FREE, in-person support group for new moms (also dads, seasoned moms, and other caregivers of children!). It is a semi-formal group, with discussion topics provided each month, but also a listening ear for any issues you are currently facing! Come and go as you are able - you are welcome to bring kids or spend some well-deserved alone time.
2nd Saturday of each month at Berkner Pizza in Ortonville from 11am-1pm
Flange Fitting & Mini Consult Clinic
Are you a pumping mama or plan to pump at some point in the future? Do you want to be sure that pumping is as comfortable as possible? One of the biggest causes of pump discomfort and low output is the wrong size flange. Come see me at the clinic to get sized and try out different size flanges to see what works best for you! Bring your own pump or use one the pumps that I have on hand! If time allows, we can also spend some time troubleshooting any pump related questions you might have.
Do you have a quick question about lactation that you need answered? Mini consults are typically offered virtually to answer your specific lactation related questions when a full consultation is not needed. At this clinic, time slots will be available for in-person mini consults
Each appointment includes a 30-minute time slot to address your specific needs - Please sign up in advance to ensure that I can see you on that day!

Education rates include travel up to a 40 mile radius from Clinton, MN. I am willing to travel outside of this distance, but additional fees may apply. Please inquire for a quote.
