Full Day Group Class (6 hr) - This class is perfect for first time parents or anyone looking for a comprehensive childbirth class. We will cover all the aspects of pregnancy and labor, discuss what to expect and how to prepare for the unexpected, how to create an effective birth plan, comfort strategies, postpartum expectations, and newborn expectations.

$75 per couple (lunch included)

Refresher Course (3 hr) - This class is perfect for those who have given birth before or someone who has taken a complete course elsewhere, but wants a little more information. We will review the aspects of pregnancy and labor, discuss what to expect and how to prepare for the unexpected, how to create an effective birth plan, and comfort strategies.

$40 per couple

Private Childbirth Education Course (3 hr) - This class is perfect for those who want a private, individualized education option. The class can take place in the comfort of your own home or at my office in Clinton, MN. The contents of this class will be individualized to your ideal birth and include planning for the "what-ifs".

$100 per couple
Group Childbirth Education Course (6 hr) - Are you and a few friends all expecting around the same time? My full day class is available to schedule for your small group. We can either meet at my office in Clinton MN, in one of your homes, or at another location near you.

I use a book from PlumTree Baby called "Preparing for Birth". With that said, every class is personalized to meet your needs, explore your goals for birth, and address the specific questions you have.
Prior to class, I will ask you to fill out a brief survey so I can learn about what you want and cater the class to who is in the room!
