Birth Doula Services - $900
Virtual Doula Services - $750

At the time your contact is signed, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required. The remaining balance of your doula package must be paid in full by the time you are 38 weeks pregnant.
This package includes travel fees for clients that live within a 40 mile radius of Clinton, MN. If you live outside of this radius, additional mileage may be charged for in-home prenatal visits or hospital deliveries outside of my typical service area. Mileage is charged at the IRS rate of $.70/mile.
Initial Lactation Consultation - $150

Exclusive Pumping Consultation - $100
For clients wishing to discuss exclusive pumping (my specialty!) - No feeding assessment will be completed - includes a flange fitting
Prenatal Lactation Consultation - $100
A prenatal visit to discuss your lactation related concerns before baby arrives. Ideal for anyone with a history of lactation challenges or those looking for a personalized breastfeeding education session.
Follow-Up Appointment - $75
For existing clients only. Things can change quickly in the first few weeks of breastfeeding! This session will help to address any new challenges you may be facing.

Back to Work Pumping Consultation - $75
For clients who are heading back to work/school and have questions about pumping and your rights - includes a flange fitting
Flange Fitting - $40
Flange fitting appointments can be added to any of the above services (unless it is already included)

For mental health services, you have two options. Either insurance can be used to cover the cost of services or you may opt for private pay therapy.
I partner with Greater Minnesota Family Services to provide therapy through your insurance. If using insurance coverage, all billing and co-pays will go through that company.
Some clients choose private pay because a formal diagnosis is not required and it allows more freedom for treatment planning. If you are interested in exploring this payment option, contact me to discuss rates.
Rates for professional development options vary based on location and length of training. Please contact me directly to discuss rates. I can work with you and your organization to find an option that meets your budget.
Breastfeeding Essentials Class - $35
Pumping Pro Class - $35

LSW Individual Supervision - $60/hour
Insurance Coverage
Birth Doula - These services are not covered by insurance at this time. I will provide a superbill, which you may be able to submit to your HSA/FSA for reimbursement.
Lactation Support - I partner with The Lactation Network to offer lactation support through your insurance. Click HERE to see if your plan is covered. If you are not covered under The Lactation Network, I can provide you a superbill to submit to insurance or your HSA/FSA for reimbursement.
Childbirth Education - These services are not covered by insurance.
Mental Health - I partner with Greater Minnesota Family Services to offer therapy services through your insurance. Reach out to me directly and we will work together to check your insurance coverage for therapy.
Classes & Events - These services are not covered by insurance.
Superbills
A superbill is an invoice that includes a detailed, medical description of services offered. Ask for a superbill and you may be able to request reimbursement from your insurance company for services rendered. I ask that you pay me directly for services, then your insurance will reimburse you directly.
